What Machinery One is
Machinery One is a search tool. We collect the specifications and asking prices that Canadian dealers publish on their own websites and show them in one place, with a link to the dealer's listing. We do not own, sell, inspect, store, deliver or finance any equipment, and we are not a party to any sale between you and a dealer.
Prices and details are the dealer's, and may be out of date
Prices are dealer asking prices in Canadian dollars, not sale prices or valuations. Specifications, hours, location and availability come from the dealer and may be incomplete, wrong or out of date by the time you read them. Always confirm the price, condition, availability and all details with the dealer, and inspect the machine, before you buy.
No warranty
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Machinery One and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from any purchase, sale or dealing with a dealer or other third party, including lost profits, repair costs, or costs of a machine that is not as described. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Links to other websites
Each "View at dealer" link takes you to a website we do not control. Their content, terms and privacy practices are theirs, not ours.
Using the site
- Use it for lawful, personal or business equipment research.
- Don't copy the site in bulk, send automated requests that slow it down, or try to break or bypass its protections.
- Don't misuse the dealer contact form (no spam or false information).
Dealers
Listings come from public dealer websites. A dealer can ask us to correct or remove its listings at any time through the dealers page, and we take them down within 24 hours.
Our content
The Machinery One name, design and the way listings are organised belong to us. Dealer names, logos and product details belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the dealer and its machines.
Privacy and cookies
See our privacy policy. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use means you accept the changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes are decided by the courts of British Columbia, except where the law of your province gives you the right to go elsewhere.
